Tripura Prepares Master Plan For Civic Areas

Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha on Sunday said that the government has developed a master plan to create state-of-the-art infrastructure in all Nagar Panchayat and Municipal Council areas of the state. The main objective of the present state government is to connect every person in society with development and improved services. He made this announcement while inaugurating a newly constructed two-storey ward office in Agartala.

Development Works In Agartala

Chief Minister Manik Saha said that a lot of development work related to modern facilities has been carried out in the Agartala city area over the last few years. The government has provided pure drinking water, repaired roads, improved the drainage system, and provided pucca houses to people. Under the AMRUT 2.0 project, pure drinking water services have been provided for Rs 112 crore. Sixty-five projects have also been implemented across Agartala city under the Smart City Mission for Rs 581 crore.
