Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha inaugurated the newly constructed ward office building in Pratapgarh on Sunday. The new building is located under Ward No. 43 of the Agartala Municipal Corporation. The event marked a major step for local governance in the area.
The multi-storey administrative facility aims to strengthen local governance and provide easy civic services. It will serve as a central hub for citizen services and grievance redressal for residents of Ward No. 43 and Pratapgarh. Mayor Dipak Majumder and other officials attended the ceremony.
The state government is working to develop Agartala and other urban areas into modern and eco-friendly cities. The Chief Minister also inaugurated the renovation project of a historic pond near Ujan Abhoynagar Market.
The government aims to improve people quality of life and protect the natural balance of urban areas.
