Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha has distributed new jobs and free scooties to students and youth in Agartala. The event took place at Women’s College, where government officials handed over the items to help young people.
The Chief Minister gave
appointment letters to new Assistant Professors under the Higher Education Department. He also gave appointment letters to Youth Organisers under the Youth Affairs and Sports Department. Along with these jobs,
scooties were given to meritorious girl students under the Mukhyamantri Kanya Atmanirbhar Yojana. State ministers Kishore Barman and Tinku Roy, along with Secretary Milind Ramteke, attended the event.
In another recent meeting, Chief Minister Manik Saha discussed plans to
resume flights at Kailashahar Airport. According to an official press release from the Chief Minister's Office, the state is working with the Central Government to restart the airport in the Unakoti district after 35 years. Officials stated this will help improve internal air connectivity and national security.
