Tripura Boosts Youth Skills With New Training Programs

The Directorate of Skill Development, Government of Tripura, has introduced new vocational and technical training programs to help young people find better jobs. These training programs focus on making youth more employable and supporting local business ideas.

New Skill Training Programs

The new courses include training for Electric Vehicle service technicians, commercial driving, and technical manufacturing in partnership with institutes like CIPET Agartala. Special courses are also available in hospitality and cooking to match current market needs.

Job Placement and Support

The programs are supported by state plans like the Mukhyamantri Dakshata Unnayay Prakalp. Trained youth are connected to jobs within the country and abroad through special job fairs held at local training institutes.
