Steelbird Helmets has brought together its riding community for the Steelbird Helmets Falcons Ride, an ambitious motorcycle expedition that begins at the company plant in Baddi and heads towards the heights of Umling La at 19,024 feet before returning to Baddi. The company has shortlisted 25 experienced riders from across India for this Himalayan expedition. The journey covers Manali, Jispa, Padum, Leh, Pangong, and Hanle, with Umling La marking the high point of the expedition.
The expedition combines challenging Himalayan riding with opportunities for riders to share stories and experience local culture. The journey begins with a plant experience and bike handover at Baddi. From there, the expedition moves through Manali, Jispa, Padum, Leh, and Pangong, eventually reaching Umling La at 19,024 feet. Evening activities include live music, karaoke, storytelling, and bonfire evenings.
The expedition will travel back through Hanle, Leh, Jispa, and Manali before returning to Baddi to complete the full circle. The ride spans 12 days with a summit altitude of 19,024 feet, connecting the manufacturing roots of the company with the Himalayan riding landscape.
