Siliguri District Hospital to Go Completely Paperless

Siliguri District Hospital will soon become completely paperless in a phased manner to make its services modern and tech-based. State Tourism Minister Sankar Ghosh shared this update on Wednesday after a meeting of the Rogi Kalyan Samiti.

Dialysis Beds to Double

The hospital has decided to double the number of beds in its dialysis department from the current five beds to ten beds. This move will help reduce the pressure on dialysis services for kidney patients.

Better Facilities and AC Pediatric Ward

The state government will take steps to provide better parking and modern facilities for patients on the hospital premises. In addition, the pediatric department will be made fully air-conditioned to provide a more comfortable environment for children receiving treatment.
