Sikkim MP Demands Faster Rail Projects

Sikkim Lok Sabha MP Dr. Indra Hang Subba attended a meeting of the Northeast Frontier Railway in Guwahati on Tuesday. He asked railway officials to speed up ongoing railway infrastructure work in Sikkim.

Focus on Sevoke-Rangpo and Melli-Dentam Projects

A press release from the MP office stated that he asked for the quick completion of the Sevoke-Rangpo rail project. This project connects Sikkim to the national railway network and helps tourism, trade, and the economy. He also asked for faster completion of the survey and report for the Melli-Dentam rail project.

Importance of Better Rail Links

The MP said that better rail connectivity is important for the growth and travel needs of Sikkim. He promised to keep working with the Ministry of Railways to finish all projects on time.
