SentraForge AI is advancing plans for a 120 MW Sovereign AI Infrastructure project in Odisha, backed by GVPR Engineers Limited as its core equity backer and infrastructure anchor. The project is designed to support high-density AI compute, enterprise workloads, and next-generation digital infrastructure with a proposed investment of ₹22,634 crore.
The facility is being developed in Odisha due to its growing industrial infrastructure, reliable power availability, and emerging technology ecosystem.
AI-focused facilities require substantially greater computing density and specialised infrastructure compared to conventional data centres, including resilient power, advanced cooling, high-speed networking, and secure data environments.
A critical component of the development is its focus on sovereignty, with SentraForge AI working towards a
MeitY-compliant sovereign cloud enclave. This enclave is designed to support government, regulated industries, and enterprises where data control, security, governance, and jurisdiction are critical considerations. The 120 MW capacity is built as part of a scalable roadmap to
support increasingly sophisticated workloads as AI compute requirements grow.
