A moving scooter caught fire suddenly in the Civil Lines police station area of Muzaffarnagar on Friday night around 8 PM. The couple riding the vehicle managed to stop and move away just in time, preventing a major accident. Alert Police Constable Prevents Tragedy

Amit Kumar, a resident of Saket Colony, was traveling with his wife toward Ansari Road when the incident occurred. A police constable who was passing by noticed smoke coming from the scooter and immediately alerted the couple. The prompt action of the constable allowed Amit and his wife to stop the vehicle and move to a safe distance before the flames intensified. The scooter was soon engulfed in fire, drawing the attention of nearby residents.

Fire Department Extinguishes Blaze

Local residents informed the fire department about the incident. Firefighters reached the scene and successfully extinguished the fire, but the scooter was already severely damaged by the time the flames were put out. No injuries were reported, and the couple remained safe throughout the incident.
