MLAs Meet Kharagpur DRM For Railway Development

Two local MLAs met the Kharagpur Divisional Railway Manager to discuss railway development and passenger facilities in their areas. Binpur MLA Dr. Pranat Tudu and Medinipur MLA Dr. Shankar Kumar Guchait held separate meetings with DRM Lalit Mohan Pandey at the DRM office in Kharagpur on Monday. Discussions focused on railway infrastructure and the expansion of passenger amenities in their respective constituencies.

Railway Projects Reviewed

The DRM updated the MLAs on ongoing rail development and infrastructure work in their regions. Dr. Pranat Tudu was informed about ongoing railway projects managed by the Kharagpur division in Jhargram district. Meanwhile, Dr. Shankar Kumar Guchait received updates on infrastructure works in the Medinipur area, including development work at the Medinipur station under the Amrit Station Scheme.
