Manipur CM Honors Commonwealth Games Silver Medalist

Manipur Chief Minister Y. Khemchand Singh officially welcomed boxer M. Jadumani Singh on Thursday following his silver medal win at the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games. The 22-year-old athlete secured the medal in the men's 55kg category after a strong performance throughout the tournament.

Jadumani Singh achieved a series of victories during his debut campaign at the international event. He won matches against opponents from Scotland, Pakistan, Zambia, and Namibia with clean 5-0 unanimous decisions. His run in the tournament concluded after he competed against Jye Dixon from Australia in the final gold medal bout.
