Four devotees from Delhi reached the historic Shiv Chowk in Muzaffarnagar while carrying Kanwar during the holy month of Sawan. These pilgrims dressed as the revolutionary martyrs Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev, and Rajguru to honor their sacrifice for the country.
The group of four men walked through the city while being
symbolically tied in chains. This representation was intended to remind onlookers of the struggle and ultimate sacrifice made by the freedom fighters during the fight for India's independence. The sight of the pilgrims in this unique attire attracted a large number of people at the busy intersection.
Many passersby and local residents stopped to observe the group as they reached the city center. People gathered to take
photographs and selfies with the pilgrims. The display created significant interest among the local population who were present at the site to witness the ongoing Kanwar Yatra.
The pilgrims stated that their goal is to combine their devotion to Lord Shiva with a message of patriotism for the youth of the country. By participating in the pilgrimage in this manner, they aimed to
promote the spirit of national pride alongside their religious journey. The unique presentation has become a major topic of discussion among the local residents in Muzaffarnagar.
