Congress MP Jebi Mather said the nation only came to know about the border incidents after the ITBP Director General revealed them in October. She praised the force for carrying out its duties while noting that the Prime Minister and the Home Minister have not made any statements on the matter.
Congress MP Jairam Ramesh accused the Centre of making concessions to China and remaining silent on border tensions. Ramesh alleged that India had lost patrolling points in Arunachal Pradesh and raised concerns over China renaming places and constructing a dam that threatens India security.
