Class 1 Student Bitten By Snake In Kolkata School

A first-grade student was bitten by a snake inside the primary department of a historic school in Bhowanipore, Kolkata.

Student Admitted To Hospital

The student, identified as Dripta Pal, was playing on the first floor during tiffin time when the incident occurred. School management immediately rushed him to SSKM Medical College and Hospital, where doctors stated his condition is stable.

Medical Tests And School Investigation

Doctors sent his blood sample for testing to determine if the snake was venomous. School authorities are checking CCTV footage and inspecting rooms to find the snake.
