The Central Board of Secondary Education has started a month-long academic support program for government school students. The special program helps students in Classes X and XII prepare for their upcoming board examinations. The classes are taking place in various government schools across the Union Territory of Ladakh from September 14 to October 14, 2026.
Academic support classes are being held in regions like Leh, Kargil, Nubra, Zanskar, and other high-altitude areas. Experienced teachers nominated by the board are conducting these in-person classroom sessions.
The classes cover Mathematics and Science for Class X, and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Economics for Class XII. Students learn important exam skills such as time management, assessment strategies, and proper answer-writing techniques to improve their results.
