Darjeeling hosted a Bharatiya Janata Party organizational meeting on Monday to discuss public service and regional development.
The meeting was chaired by
Minister Ajay Kumar Poddar, who handles the Public Works Department and Public Health Engineering.
MP Raju Bista also attended the gathering along with other party members and officials.
Discussions centered on the ongoing
Sewa Sankalp Abhiyan campaign and reviewing various party activities.
Minister Poddar urged party workers to act as a bridge between the public and the government. Leaders emphasized
working for fast development and ensuring a corruption free hill region. The event also highlighted
taking the message of development and good governance to every ward and village across the Darjeeling hills, Terai, and Dooars regions.
MP Raju Bista expressed gratitude to Minister Poddar for his guidance. He also
thanked all party officials and workers for their presence and commitment to public service.
