B-RIGHT Announces Major Real Estate Vision 2033 for Mumbai

B-RIGHT Real Estate Group has officially introduced its Vision 2033 to transform the redevelopment sector in Mumbai. The company aims to develop approximately 4.7 lakh square feet of real estate in the city by 2033. The group plans to focus its future expansion entirely on Mumbai, with a primary emphasis on redevelopment and Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) projects.
Focus on Development Strategy
Established in 2007, the group has identified financial discipline, transparency, and technology as the core pillars of its new roadmap. Sanjay Nathalal Shah, the Chairman and Managing Director, stated that the goal is to build safer homes and stronger communities rather than just replacing old structures. Rudra Shah is currently overseeing project execution and the integration of new technology within the company.
Upcoming Infrastructure Projects
Several new developments are planned across the city as part of this vision. Key projects include Grandeur in Mulund West, Shivaji Nagar in Borivali West, Sky 54 in Malad East, Ultra City in Goregaon West, and Godavari in Chembur. Among these, the Sky 54 project is a significant SRA development covering about 6.5 lakh square feet. Further details on local urban policies can be found via official government resources at MHADA.
